And with the first weekend of October, the 92nd edition of the International Alba White Truffle Fair begins. As every year, the first appointment is with the magical and scenographic Investiture of the Podestà followed by a historical re-enactment, a theatrical performance theatrical performance made by over 400 figures who will alternate in groups, proposing historical and legendary episodes that have marked the life of the medieval population. The first Sunday of the Fair instead is dedicated to the parade of medieval villages that gather in Piazza Risorgimento in Alba where the characteristic Palio degli Asini take place.
